We will take every measure to ensure you are of the legal age to purchase Tobacco products in your jurisdiction. This site is limited to cigars. We do not sell any other tobacco products (cigarettes, vape, loose tobacco… etc).

Stock Management and Inventory:

HCLDeals.com isn’t your typical cigar retail site. We made the decision not to be yet another website that sells cigars. Cigars on the site are hand selected to offer you the best deal possible. At that, the inventory of published items will vary. If an item is sold out, it is not guaranteed that the same deal will be available again, and if so, it might be a while before the same deal is available again. It is to your benefit to snag the deal as soon as you see it if it interests you.

 

 

Shipping:

We ship only to US Physical addresses (No PO BOX). No International shipping. We will not ship cigars to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Utah, or South Dakota.

All packages and cigars displayed on our site have limited inventory. We will strive to make a decent amount of each packaged deal. Boxed cigars that are out of stock, we will strive to replenish them as soon as possible (usually within a week).

Sales Tax:  All orders shipped outside of Illinois will not be charged sales tax. Any sales tax due in the buyer’s state is the responsibility of the buyer to pay. All orders shipped to Illinois addresses will incur a tobacco and sales tax charge.

We will strive to ship all orders the same day they are ordered. Orders placed over the week end will ship on Monday.

For our safety and yours, all shipments will require an adult (Over 21 years old) by the recipient. You must be 21 or older to receive a shipment.

All shipments will be sent via UPS or USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order is placed.

 

*Refused or undelivered packages: If for any reason you choose to refuse the receipt of an order, or if for any reason you mis-enter the required information while placing your order, HCLDeals.com and The Humidor cannot be held liable. The cost associated with Changing an address is solely the buyer’s responsibility. Please make sure before you place the order that all information entered is correct.

*Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided.

Shopping at HCLDeals.com is a safe experience. All your information is protected by using a secure server. Moreover, our team will not call you asking for any private information. If you receive a call pretending to be from HCLDeals.com please know that it is a scammer. We strive to make your shopping experience, as well as all your personal information, safe.

Return Policy:

HCLDeals.com team will not ship any damaged product. All shipments will be inspected prior to shipping to make sure no damaged products are being mailed out. However, if, for any reason, the shipment gets damaged in transport, please contact us immediately. Please save everything, including the outer box. We may request pictures of everything shipped (including the outer cardboard box) in order to file a claim on your behalf with the shipper. Either way, we will reship the same order you placed (If not available, we will issue a refund) as soon as possible, and we will handle the claim with the shipping company.

All return claims for damaged products must be filed within days of receipt.

All other returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, within no more than 3 days on cigars and 10 days on any non-tobacco products, after you receive the shipment. A credit will be issued once we receive the items the customer wishes to return. In order to approve any return, the items must be in their original packages and in good condition.

When returning an item, please use a trackable service and we highly recommend using an INSURED service with whichever carrier you choose.

Important Note:  HCLDeals.com is not responsible for lost or returned parcels. Please note, tracking, and filing a claim with the carrier if your return is lost, is your sole responsibility. Please understand, that no refund will be issued until we receive your return in its original packaging, undamaged.

 

 

 

Canceling An Order:

We accept order cancelations as long as they take place before processing your order. Please contact us via email or phone to request the cancelation of your order. However, if an order has shipped and the buyer would like to cancel, we will gladly refund your credit card under 2 conditions:

• The cost of shipping the items back to us is your responsibility.

• The refund will be issued after we receive the item(s) back. (Please see the return policy above for other conditions).

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service we provide, please contact us and we will take all measures to rectify the situation reasonably and as fast as possible.
